LEGACY TRAVEL CLUB’S TERMS & CONDITIONS
Legacy Travel Club, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of our members’ personal information. To better protect our members’ privacy, we have instituted the security and privacy practices outlined in this policy. We provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is used.
Legacy Travel Club, Inc. may collect different types of information, including, but not limited to, personal information, payment information and demographic information. Sometimes we collect combinations of all these types of information.
When You Register or Otherwise Contact Us. When you provide us with information in connection with a particular activity or otherwise sign up for or order our services or provide your contact information, including an email address or telephone number in connection with that activity or service, you agree that this action constitutes a purchase or inquiry establishing a agency relationship in collecting member fees and arranging trips. You expressly consent to our communicating with you about us using the information you provided to us. You also attest that you have the legal authority over any telephone number you provide to us and can provide us with the authorization to contact you. This means we may contact you, in person or by recorded message, by e-mail, telephone and/or mobile telephone number (including use of automated dialing equipment), text (SMS) message, or any other means of communication that your wireless or other telecommunications device may be capable of receiving.
Financial Information. Financial information is information that you provide to us, including your debit or credit card number and related billing information (collectively, the “Billing Information”). We require such financial information in order to process payment for the purchase of a service that you have requested. By submitting your financial information, you consent to our providing it to those Authorized Third Party Service Providers as necessary to support and process your transactions as well as your credit card issuer/banking institution for their purposes.
We ask that you do not enter financial information into your member profile, except in the fields provided for that information.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Payment for services provided constitutes reasonable satisfaction of the services provided by Legacy Travel Club, Inc. Legacy Travel Club, Inc. does not and cannot issue refunds due to the following;
For Annual Memberships, membership may be cancelled at any time, and without penalty, as long as written notice has been provided Legacy Travel Club, Inc.. You are entitled to a refund of any monthly membership dues paid within ten business (10) days of the written notice. Notice must be in writing and mailed to the Legacy Travel Club’s mailing address at PO Box 352, Carmel IN 46032.
For Trips, we understand life happens at the most unanticipated times. We want you to know we take this into consideration when creating a fair and understanding policy on taking a trip with us.
100% full refund up to seven (7) business days prior to trip departure. If member cancels within seven (7) business days of aforementioned trip, Legacy Travel Club Inc. will provide all reasonable efforts to re-sell cancelled seat(s). Furthermore, if Legacy Travel Club Inc. is successful in reselling cancelled seat(s), the member is refunded 100% of their cost. In the event Legacy Travel Club Inc. cannot resell member’s cancelled seat(s) within seven (7) business days, no refund or return shall be issued.
If member fails to appear for trip or cancels within 24 hours of our trip’s departure, all funds shall be forfeited by the member as Legacy Travel Club, Inc. will not have sufficient time to effectively resell your seat.
When you purchase your trip with Legacy, funds are held in Legacy Travel Club’s business account at Fifth Third Bank. Those funds are held until the trip has concluded and the member has returned home. This provides maximum peace of mind for members.
CANCELLATION OF TRIP
If a trip is cancelled by Legacy Travel Club Inc., outside of any reasons indicated above, any funds will be refunded and credited back to you. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for your refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued in the equivalent manner in which they were originally purchased, for example, refund to credit/debit card, etc..
There are no membership fees for joining our club at this time. All refund policies described above are applicable to Kentucky residents.
Legacy Travel Club is a membership based travel organization that will provide its members public
charter flights authorized by the U.S. DOT, or arrange charter flights for them on smaller aircraft.
